Aryaveer has worked in several international hotel chains in India as well as in New Zealand looking after different areas of operations of this vibrant hospitality industry. Ritika is a Social Worker by passion and human resource personnel by profession. Being a loving homemaker since her marriage, she loves to cook & decorate her home for every party & occasion; also, she is well travelled across India with her previous job helping her to develop a good sense of Public Relations & interpersonal skills.

After spending about eight years in New Zealand in December 2015 Aryaveer and his wife Ritika took a combined decision of moving back to India to live with their family. They enjoyed living in their newly built family home and hosting friends and family whose praise & happiness proved to be a launchpad for the idea of this homestay at Dilip Niwas.
